This course teaches the networking ideas behind TeleQuick and how to apply them. Start with a packet’s journey through a network. Then learn real-time transport, study the stack, and build a small application.

Who this course is for

The course is for new engineers and interns with basic programming experience. You do not need prior networking experience for level 100. The local foundation exercises require only Python 3.10 or later and a terminal. The live SDK lab also requires a compatible native library and access to a training relay.

Choose your starting point

New to networking? Start with network layers. Already familiar with subnets and routing? Try the CIDR exercise before starting level 101. You should also explain why TCP port 443 and UDP port 443 need separate connectivity checks.

Explore the interactive lessons

  1. Compare setup and packet loss in the TCP and QUIC tour.
  2. Operate four or eight streams in the stream lab.
  3. Rotate the 15-card concept deck and explain each example.

How to use the course

  1. Read each lesson’s prerequisites and outcome.
  2. Work through its example before attempting the exercise.
  3. Write your answer before opening the worked answer.
  4. Use the completion check to identify anything you need to repeat.
  5. Follow the next lesson link when you can explain the result.
Lesson times are estimates, not measured completion times. The packet-format and congestion-control lessons provide deeper protocol study. You can return to them after completing the main transport overview.

Practice and evidence

Local calculations and SDK encoding checks can run without a hosted account. The live relay lab needs credentials and a training endpoint from your administrator. Record whether you completed a local check, a written scenario, or a live exercise. These activities establish different results. The course teaches concepts and their application. Use the TeleQuick documentation for complete API signatures and supported deployment details.

Questions

Ask your onboarding buddy about the step that you could not complete. Include the lesson, command, expected result, and actual result, with credentials removed. If you still need help, write to support@telequick.dev.
